Sikkim Our Tour Programs (Itineraries)  

Day 01    Arrive at Bagdogra Airport transfer to Sikkim, which is approximately 5 hrs drive. Check-in at hotel.

Day 02    Leave the hotel for full day sightseeing of Directorate of Handicrafts & Handlooms,
                Orchidorium, Deer Park, Do-Drul Chorten (Stupa), Research Institute of Tibetology, Botanical
                Monastery.
                Overnight at hotel.

Day 03    Leave the hotel for 'Tsangu Lake is bordered by legends and peaks which flowers during the spring
                the lake is situated at a height of 12,400 ft. on the old trade road between India and Tibet. Rides on
                Yaks are offered at the lake side. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04    Leave the hotel for sightseeing at Ganesh tok, Hanuman tok and Tashi view point. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05    Transfer to Silligurri. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06     Departure for Delhi/Calcutta.

Optional tour no.1 Yungthang Tour (Called Valley of Flowers )

This tour is for 2 nights 3days

Day 01     Drive to Lachung. Refreshment on arrival. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 02     After breakfast, Excursion for Lachung to Yumthang- Nature walk. Which is on the same
                height of Kanchenjunga peak in a parallel way. Spend 2 to 3 hr. there. This will an excellent
                opportunity to see over 400 varieties of rhododendrons which have placed Sikkim on the
                botanical map of the world. Breath the pure serene air that wafts down from the snowy
                peaks surrounding the valley and feel one with nature. Back to Lachung (Total journey is 54 kms).
                Overnight at hotel.

Day 03     Lachung to Gangtok. Overnight at hotel.

Optional tour no.2 Pemayamgste (called as sub lime perfect lotus)

Day 01     Gangtok to Pemayangtse and halt (128 km app.)

Day 02     Pemayangtse-Khechupalri lake / Tashyding (90 km app.) This lake called as surrounded by thick woods. It also 
                boasts of an extra-ordinary legend:- whenever a leaf drops on its surface a guardian bird carries it away and the
                lake remains crystal clear.

Day 03     Pemayangtse - Gangtok/Sillikuri/Darjeeling.

Optional tour no. 3 Darjeeling

Day 01     Arrival at Darjeeling. Rest of the day free for leisure.

Day 02     Departure at 4a.m in the mourning to see the magnificent view of the sun rise over 'Kachenjunga' and the great
                eastern Himalayans mountains at Tiger hill. Even Mount Everest, the world's highest peak is visible from here.
                After breakfast take a short trip for Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
                Overnight at hotel.

Day 03     Visit to different Tea Estate, meet the local people, Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple), Natural History museum,
                Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Ava Art Gallery (A house of fine art and embroidery work
                of Mrs Ava Devi, Tibetan Refugee self help center and Tenzing Gombu Rock.
                Overnight at hotel.

Optional tour no. 4 Combination of Sikkim with Peymangtse & Darjeeling

                It can be a combination of Sikkim tour, Peymangtse tour and Darjeeling tour. In this tour you need not go back to
                any place (This would be in continuity consisting of twelve days in total).

Please note :   that all the trips to Sikkim foreign nationals require a special permission, which take approximately 15 to 20 days after filing the application, and hence have to be applied for well on time, along with passport details.
