PAYMENTS

BOOKING PROCEDURE, Goa package

· We hand over the voucher and the tickets to the passenger issued by the airlines.

· The passenger to carry the voucher along with the tickets and get the voucher stamped by Sahara Airlines staff at the check-in counter.

PAYMENTS : Payments for the package can be made in Cash / Bank Draft payable at Delhi, Telex transfer to our account, or by American Express cards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1 . This Voucher entitles you for the number of Night Stay and benefits at the hotel inclusive of taxes as given on the voucher.

2. Any services, other than mentioned on the voucher, availed shall be borne by the tourist.

3. This voucher is issued in Economy class return ticket only

4. Contact Sahara Airlines staff at check in counter to endorse the vouchers.

5. Only original endorsed vouchers issued from Sahara Airlines Ltd. are valid.

6. This voucher should be presented to the Hotel at the time of check-in.

7. The offer is valid from 1st April 2004 till 30th September 2004 

8. The voucher once issued is non refundable after first leg of journey, non transferable, non-re-routable and non-exchangeable.

9. This Plan cannot be clubbed with any other scheme.

10. No refund, issuing of fresh vouchers is permissible in case it's lost.

11. In case service of this voucher is not availed, it does not entitle for any claim, refund and settlement.

12. Sahara Airlines Ltd. shall not be responsible / liable for any loss and/or damage caused / occurred to the passenger availing services of this voucher under this plan.

13. These rates are applicable only to those domiciled in India whether Indian nationals or foreign nationals with a certificate of registration. (Registration Permit).

14. The Package is valid for foreigners working in India and drawing salary in INR on production of valid documents.

15. In case of any dispute be resolved through arbitration, the arbitrator shall be appointed by Sahara Airlines. Arbitration shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi.

16. Service tax @0.25% applies on the total value of the package, which is mentioned on the bill, and is payable extra.

CANCELLATIONS

• Normal cancellation rules apply for the Airlines.

• Rs. 4000/- retention to be charged if the booking is cancelled in less than 48 hours from the time of flight departure.

• Rs. 3500/- retention to be charged if the booking is postponed in less than 48 hours from the time of flight departure.

• In addition to the above, Rs. 400 per ticket will be charged toward administration charges, in case of cancellation.

Package rates for Senior Citizens / Student Fare : Packages are also valid for these discounted fares.

Package for Foreigners working in India : All foreigners working in India and drawing salary in INR can avail the packages on production of documents authenticating their working status in India.
